Inspiring, interactive experiences designed to empower Strong Black Women to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their healing on their own terms.

Jennifer Sterling brings over 15 years of experience in health and wellness, beginning with holistic nutrition and health coaching, evolving into her work as a pastry chef, and culminating into her current work as a trauma-informed Dance/Movement Therapist.

Rooted in cultural somatics and liberation psychology, Jennifer’s work focuses on embodiment as a pathway to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Whether speaking at corporate events, leading wellness retreats, or facilitating community gatherings, Jennifer creates transformative experiences that leave participants inspired, informed, and equipped with practical tools to reconnect with themselves.
