What to Expect in Our Sessions:

Each 60-minute session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings and experiences.

You'll gain body-based and cognitive strategies to manage stress and cultivate a sense of ease in your daily life.

Welcome & Centering (10 minutes)
Each session begins with a gentle check-in—an invitation to arrive in our virtual room, pause, and check in with your body. This check-in will inform the movement exploration and somatic tools offered during the remainder of the session. 

Guided Exploration & Movement (35 minutes)
This is the heart of our work together. I’ll guide you through movement explorations and/or somatic resources that invite you to explore postures, dynamics, and movement patterns in a safe, intentional way. Together, we’ll explore shapes that help you take up space, movement that reflects freedom, and boundaries that feel supportive. This time is yours to move in a way that feels healing and authentic.

Integration & Reflection (15 minutes)
We’ll close by allowing your body to absorb the experience. There’s space to share what you noticed, express how you’re feeling, and reflect on anything that came up during our time together. I’ll offer a simple practice to take with you to continue inviting ease  into your daily life.

Follow-Up 
You’ll receive a follow-up email with a practice and reflection to continue your movement practice in your daily life.
