You’ve Held It All Together for Everyone Else. Now It’s Time to Hold Space for Yourself!

Embracing Ease is a 21-day journey where you'll create a life that feels balanced, sustainable, and aligned with the care and resilience you deserve

You’re Tired of Carrying It All.

You’ve been the one everyone relies on—the steady hand, the quiet problem solver, the one who gets it done.

But your shoulders tell a different story, tight from the weight you’ve been holding. Your mind feels stretched thin, constantly racing, while your heart whispers, “There has to be more than this."

Imagine exhaling fully for the first time in a long time. Picture your body moving freely, no longer weighed down.

What if strength felt soft, adaptable, even joyful?

What if you didn’t have to carry it all alone?

This Is Your Invitation to Embrace Ease.

Over 21 days, you’ll learn to:

Respond to challenges with patience instead of stress.

Set boundaries that protect your peace without guilt.

Release the tension your body has been holding for years.

Reclaim joy, rest, and lightness as acts of liberation.

This isn’t about abandoning your strength.
It’s about redefining it—making it gentle, sustainable, and rooted in care for yourself.

From Survival Mode to Soft, Steady Resilience

  • Music and Playlists: Curated tracks by Black artists inspire lightness and connection.
Lifetime Access to:

  • The full 21-day program to revisit any time you need a reset.

  • Resources to help you create sustainable practices for ease in your daily life.

What You’ll Get:

Like you, I was taught to be 'strong' and felt constant pressure to be resilient, until I just couldn't do it anymore.

After 20 years of being 'the strong one,' I felt lonely, depressed, and chronically STRESSED. I was putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own and it was negatively impacting my physical and mental health.

recovering Strong Black Woman

dance/movement therapy helped me to redefine strength + find ease, and i want to share it with you!

Heyyyy, I'm Jennifer!

Why This Works:

Rooted in Black Women’s Experiences:

I acknowledge the historical and cultural roots of the Strong Black Woman ideal and its impact on your body and mind. This program is designed specifically for Black women to feel seen, understood, and supported.

Grounded in Science and Care:

Using principles of neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and dance/movement therapy, you’ll gently rewire your nervous system to associate strength with ease and adaptability.

Designed for Busy Lives:

No fluff, no extra effort—just 20 minutes a day to reconnect with yourself.

I'm ready to embrace ease

how much time do I have to put into this?

15-20 minutes each day would be ideal, but since you're free to move through the materials at your own pace, so if you only have 5 minutes, that's ok too!

This program is a great starting point for your healing, and it lays the groundwork to take it to the next level with individual dance/movement therapy sessions and my other online programs.

When does the program start and end?

The program begins when you enroll and you can move through it at your own pace. You'll have access to the materials for as long as you need.

This group  may not be right for you if:
  1. you’re not ready to explore your emotions in a gentle, open way.
  2. You prefer traditional talk therapy without a focus on body-based practices.
  3. You’re looking for a quick fix rather than a sustainable shift.
  4. You don't feel safe practicing on your own and need/prefer 1:1 guidance.

Do I need to know how to dance?

No experience needed! Each prompt and movement exploration is beginner friendly.

I had no idea what dance/movement therapy was, but I'm glad I tried it. I learned more about myself in three months, than I had in three years of traditional therapy...and I feel so much better!

"this is the best I've felt in 10 years!"

I was taught that therapy was for weak-minded people, and that I should just pray. But praying wasn't doing the trick. This though...it works for me. I can talk, I can move, I can show up with bonnet on and Jennifer never judges me. She's changed my life, for real.

"I never believed that therapy could work for me, but it did!"

Liz

I used to be depressed all the time. In the last 6 months, I've only felt really depressed once and the feeling lasted a few days, not a few months (or years) like it used to. Jennifer taught me about my nervous system and helped me practice the skills I needed to feel better.

"I went to my "regular" therapist for years and just talked about my problems."
