Hi, I’m Jennifer! 

I help you stop having on the wagon, off the wagon moments, beating yourself up because “I shouldn’t be eating this…”

And Instead…

Understand what hunger and fullness feel like,
Enjoy food and eating without the drama,
Respect your body and trust that it will settle at its ideal size and weight.

With lots of permission, trust and support, I help you do what you’ve always known how to do: EAT in a way that works for your body. 

What I Don’t Do:

Tell you when, what, and how much to eat,
Make you keep a food diary,
Judge you or your weight.

If dieting and attempting to control the size of your body is working for you, by all means, keep counting calories.

If you’re tired of restricting for 3 days, then binge eating everything in sight,

How this coaching stuff works:

This program works best if it’s done in 12 sessions, over the course of 3 months – one session every week or two. If money is an issue, you can choose to have one session per month…totally up to you!

We meet virtually for 60 minutes and dig into your relationship with food, eating, dieting, weight, and body image.

I help you begin to trust yourself around food, so you can free up the mental and emotional space to enjoy your life.
