You can eat well, and not feel bad about it!
In a perfect world, you would be sippin’ on green smoothies, in a Zumba class four times a week, meditating daily, and cooking balanced meals for yourself every night.
But your world is far from perfect, so you grab coffee and a bagel on the way to work, plan to take a workout class but never quite make it, and your balanced meal is whatever you can order online and have delivered at 9pm.
I get it, life is messy!
But I’m here to help you change all of that!
The way I see it is this: you can keep making health goals that you never reach, obsessing about getting a bikini body in 21 days, punishing yourself for that brownie you ate at the office. Or…you can choose happiness instead.
Happiness is not about deprivation, and it definitely doesn’t involve eating whack salads for every meal! But it’s not about mindless eating either, or numbing your feelings with Oreos and ice cream.
Not here. Not on my watch!
Here we eat real food, and it actually tastes good. We eat chocolate and we don’t feel bad about it afterwards (because that’s such a drag). And we make time to do things that make us feel good, like Zumba, or Yoga, or Pilates…you get the picture!
Here, we treat ourselves well.
